What is ethics?

For me Ethics is what you have inside you, your human principles, what you think is unwavering, is the correct way you act daily, some people can think that what you are doing isn’t bad for them, but if you see the way they act you can find better ways to do it without hurting or disgusting someone. Just be prudent who is around you. 

What is Ethics?

For me, Ethics can´t be defined as other words; i think Ethics is the art of act good. But taking that in count, how do you know you are acting good?, probably what you think is really normal and common, in other part of the word can be really bad, and even offensive. But certainly, ethics has a lot to do with how and where you had been raised, because it define what you think is good, and how you should act to be a "good person", that what is ethics for, to act the way we think we should act, the right way to do the different activities we do normally or how to act in a specific situation. Ethic is more than cultural or religious, is a way to live; the art of doing things good. For example, for me, when i found a cellphone, it's importante to return it to it's owner, but that is because i know how it feels to lost something that is important to you but no one seems to care. Ethics can be too, the experiences in your life that make you change your mind about something.

what is ethics?

For me ethics are the guidelines that tell us how we should act according to the situation we are on, naturally this is going to be differnet for everybody,not everyone is going to act a certain way or just the way you as a person think they should act and this is because of how people were raised by their family.This is something that affects and can be easily seen thanks to your own definition of what is good and what is bad as well as how varied is this definition comparing it whit the definition of someone else.
For example it could happen that for me taking care of somebody else`s stuff when i`m using it is something that i ought to do so it would be something ethical to think about it however for someone else that could be something not worth the effort so why bother taking care of that if that isn`t even mine in the first place?,why should i care about that? that is not important at all furthermore that particullar way of thinking could be ethical for that person.

What's ethics for me?

The most basic definition of ethics describes it as a series of rules that each person defines based on their criteria of what is right or wrong.

All of us have opportunities to choose between right and wrong every day, we see in the business press, getting it wrong can lead to serious consequences, including corporate failure, loss of reputation, fines or even jail sentences.

So if we think about it this definition is not enough, because it can be lent to misunderstandings depending on the culture or society in which it is applied, that is why these self-imposed laws must be governed by the laws of each government.

What is ethic?

I´m a athlete so i need to feel the mean of ethic, for me ethic is show the best aptitude to the opponent, is have spirit of game in each play, being respectful so with all of persons in the scenary, is have the power to change yourself & change the others people.

Is disallow offers that can damage your career harming the same life & the future
Is being correct with the action executed

Is influenced by the teachings in the familiy, is internal

For example:

A athlete doesn´t cheat an other athlete in the middle of a match, should have respect with this & the other opponents

What Ethics is for me

In my opinion, Ethics is what you consider acceptable according to what you have learned throughout life. What I mean by this is that Ethics is constructed by your education, and obviusly education is tied to the culture of your environment.

For example, lets talk about religions last class everyone was saying that we have to respect what other people believe and I do respect what their beliefs are but what about if we see it on the other perspective. Do they have to respect what non-believers dont believe? or its just a condition of respect applied to what for our culture is accepted? (being our country a catholic one).

So what I want to say with this example is that as I mentioned before Ethics could be subjective and it also could be objective. It all depends on the enviroment we are growing up, in the culture in which we expose ourselves every day.

To summarize, Ethics is what our society  make us classify.

Being a ethical person is to do good  by attaching to social conditions, respecting religion  and individual opinions, for me ethics is very important to get a social balance.

Example.

In the company where my mother works there is a code of Ethics, within which it is explicit that the Contract processes must be carried out in equal conditions for all the guests to offer.

At one time,  in a specified area, all of the contracts that were in charge of  one  person,  were obtained by the same company.

when they began to investigate they found that the worker was passing confidential information to the contractor.

Which is a disloyal and unethical act.

What is Ethics?

Ethics is...
for me ethics doesn´t have the typical dictionary definition like it comes from the greek... ethics is a simple word that everyone talks about, everyone use it, but when you ask someone to give you a definition of the word their mind just blacks out, and is because it is a word like happiness or love, we simple can´t get to a consensus, ethics for me is totally subjective, it´s the group of ideas, behaviors, feelings and believes that makes us act one way or another.

in my opinion ethics are totally influenced by the way that we were raised at our homes when we were kids; for example what wouls you do if you where at this situation i was at my aunt house and my little cousin was looking closely her Ipad, the adults were at the living room, but when she start laughing i got interested so i went look why she was laughing and it was a youtube video of some guys bullying people at school, what would it be the ¨correct¨ behavior for you? let it go because she is just a little girl or do something.
